Executive Summary

The High Performance Culture program offers a series of Top Team Effectiveness interventions designed for executive teams to formulate their highest dreams and aspiration and create clarity on what they need to collectively achieve and deliver to turn this into a reality.  The program is designed to unlock the full potential of the top team and the businesses they lead.

During these workshops, we take executive teams out of the regular business environment to a venue where they can be inspired by nature.  Over the course of 2.5 days, we create an environment of openness and trust where everyone can be their authentic best self, contributing with full clarity and alignment towards a meaningful purpose and a shared aspiration. 

The teams return to their businesses bringing a strong positive momentum and a determination to collectively achieve great results.

Program Details

Program Structure

The High Performance Culture Program consists of 2 or more Top Team Effectiveness workshops typically held over a 12 month timeframe as follows:

Top Team Effectiveness workshop #1:

2.5-day intensive offsite session, providing a health-check and establishing a baseline for the team, from where shared dreams and aspirations are formulated.  Creating spaces where executives are invited to bring their authentic self into the team, building trust and strengthening bonds. Introducing leadership standards and recognizing team dynamics, identifying actionable "from/to" behavior shifts and performance habits helping the team to deliver jointly on their highest dreams and aspirations.

Top Team Effectiveness workshop #2:

2.5-day intensive offsite session, typically 6-9 months after TTE #1, again taking a pulse of the team, recognizing progress and further building trust.  Deepening leadership insights, adding individual perspectives, building on strengths, valuing differences. Practicing feedback souk. Create actionable Storyline, align with Strategy.  Prepare to take it home.
