The CHRO Mastermind Program runs over a 12 month timeframe as follows:
Kickoff Session Offsiet:
Full day intensive session to formulate goals/aspirations and to outline the strategic plan. In this session, we define the baseline and your unique starting point. You will also set a dot on the horizon, providing a north star to guide us on your year-long journey.
Progress & Accountability Meetings:
90-minute sessions on a regular basis for ongoing support and accountability. These sessions ensure you stay on track with your strategic plan and address any emerging challenges.
Quarterly Deep Dives:
Half-day sessions to take a helicopter view, review progress on the journey and adjust the plan as needed. This allows for a thorough evaluation of your progress and adjust where needed.
Wrap-up Session Offsite:
Full day wrap-up session to evaluate the progress on the journey and embed the learnings for the future.
