This retreat offsite will give you a solid foundation and good grounding, whilst provide a north star to guid you on your personal growth and development journey. **Progress & Accountability Meetings**: 90-minute sessions on a regular basis for ongoing support and accountability. These sessions ensure you stay on track with your strategic plan and address any emerging challenges. Throughout the program, you have access to expert resources in the ecosystem of your CEO Mastermind partners in the area's of talent acquisition and retention, capability building and learning, next generation leadership, talent management and succession planning, employee engagement and retention, organization design and effectiveness, building high performance cultures, and many more. **Quarterly Deep Dives & Evaluations Offsite**: Half-day sessions off-site to take a helicopter view, review progress on the journey and embed the learnings for the future.
