It has been an honor and true privilege to have served as Chief HR Officer and Member of the Board of Vanderlande for almost 7 years. The journey towards sustainable profitable growth and true internationalization of this beautiful company has been remarkable in many different ways..
I thoroughly enjoyed working with the greatest people and establishing lasting connections along the way. We experienced great achievements together and overcame the most unpredictable challenges, providing humbling lessons in leadership I am forever grateful for.
Now, contexts have changed and the time is right for new beginnings. I am excited to venture into unexplored territory and the opportunities that are awaiting. It will be about learning, sharing, meaningful contributions, having fun, joy and much more..
